摘要:
为解决大功率交流传动系统中因功率器件的低开关频率所导致的PWM 波形谐波大的问题,提出了一种基于新型优化同步调制的定子磁链轨迹跟踪控制算法,离线状态下以电机电流谐波总和最小为优化目标求得逆变器在各种分频数下的优化开关角,从而得到定子磁链的运行轨迹;系统正常工作过程中实时计算出定子磁链轨迹的各个特征门槛值,根据观测到的电机定子磁链值与各个特征门槛值进行闭环控制,实现基于定子磁链轨迹跟踪控制的同步调制算法。仿真及试验验证了所提算法的正确性和可行性。
Abstract:
A novel synchronization modulation technology based on flux trajectory tracking control was presented to resolve the high PWM harmonic problem because of using low switching frequency inverter for high power AC driving system. The optimum switching angles were got off-line according to the principle that the total current harmonic of motor was least, which derived the trajectory of stator flux. While the system was in working state, the flux threshold of special position was calculated real-timely and the stator flux estimated was compared with the flux threshold, so the synchronization modulation based on stator flux trajectory tracking control was realized. The simulation and experiment showed that the method presented was feasible and right.
