摘要:
针对地铁站台屏蔽门系统中的AU1878L-241 型电磁铁工作寿命无法满足预期要求这一问题,建立该电磁铁装置的改进结构,并利用有限元法对电磁铁装置进行分析,得到其工作应力及变形,理论上验证了改进方案的可行性。对该电磁铁装置进行摩擦磨损试验,结果表明该改进方案使电磁铁装置的摩擦磨损明显减少,有效的提高了其使用寿命。
Abstract:
The AU1878L-241 electromagnet in platform screen door (PSD) systems, whose work life could not meet the requirements of PSD systems, was studied and structurally improved. FEM method was used to analyze the performances of old and improved structures of the electromagnet, providing theories and proof to the improved structure by the analysis results of deformation and stress distribution. Friction and wear tests of the electromagnets were also carried out, and the test results showed that the new structure could effectively protect the electromagnet from being worn and prolong its life.
