摘要:
介绍了郑州市轨道交通1号线铝合金车体结构模块化设计的主要特点和主要技术参数,并通过有限元分析法对车体结构进行静强度、模态、屈曲和耐碰撞性分析,结果表明设计的该铝合金鼓形车体结构强度、刚度、稳定性和耐碰撞性完全满足相关标准和技术规格书的要求。
Abstract:
It was discussed that the aluminum alloy car body’s modular structure, main features and main technology parameters of car body for Zhengzhou metro line 1 project vehicles. With finite element analysis for car body structure static strength, modal, buckling and crashworthiness, the strength, rigidity, stability and crashworthiness of the new designed aluminum alloy drum car body were validated consistent with the requirement of relevant standards and technology specification.
