摘要:
为解决高速车车体悬挂部件牵引变压器、变流器及蓄电池等设备的振动,设计了橡胶减振器用以对振动设备进行减振,以理论分析与工程化运用相结合,分析橡胶减振器与变压器和策划体联接的振动关系,刚度及阻尼性能匹配等,设计合适的减振器参数消除变压器与车体的振动。
Abstract:
To suppress high-speed carbody suspension components vibration of transformers, convertor, accumulator and otherequipment, rubber shock absorber was designed to reduce equipment vibration. By combining of theory analysis and engineering service,vibration relationship between rubber damper and transformer and car body connection was analyzed, as well as stiffness and dampingproperties matching, and appropriate parameter for damper was designed to avoid vibration between transformer and car body.
