摘要:
针对三电平有源钳位逆变器拓扑,介绍了一种减小开关损耗的调制方案。首先分析了各种工作状态下每个功率器件的开关损耗情况;然后基于零序分量注入的载波调制算法,提出了一种动态最小开关损耗载波脉宽调制策略;最后建立仿真模型,逆变器侧分别选取CRH380A型动车组牵引电机以及三相阻感电路作为负载。验证了该拓扑调制方案能有效地降低总开关损耗,均衡损耗在各开关器件上的分布,提高了牵引系统的热稳定性。
Abstract:
A new modulation scheme for reducing switching loss was introduced for three-level active neutral-point-clamped (ANPC) inverter topology. The loss in each switch state was analyzed qualitatively; based on zero-order injection carrier-modulation method, a dynamic minimum switching loss modulation scheme was proposed; Simulation model was built to test and verify the applicability of this scheme in controlling the CRH380A EMUs motor and resistance-inductance load. The results showed that this topology modulation scheme reduced the total switching loss, balanced the loss distribution and efficiently improved the thermal stability of traction system.
