摘要:
辅助逆变器作为轨道车辆中重要的组成部件,其性能直接影响到车辆的正常运转。介绍一种模块化设计的辅助逆变器,对各功能模块结构进行了阐述,并利用ANSYS 有限元仿真软件对辅助逆变器虚拟样机的强度及模态进行了分析及结构优化。通过模块化设计提高了产品的通用性,使生产及组装效率得到提升,并且也有较好的集成性及可维护性。
Abstract:
The auxiliary inverter is an important part of the railway vehicles. Its performance directly affects the normal operation of the vehicle. A modular design of the auxiliary inverter was introduced. The structure of each function module was expounded. And structural strength and modal of the converter were analyzed by using the finite element simulation software ANSYS, and the structure was optimized according to the results. The generality and the production efficiency were improved, and good integration, reliability, and also maintainability can be obtained through the modular design.
