摘要:
为更快更好地完成地铁线路钢轨内部伤损的检测,并降低车辆尾气排放对线路周边环境的污染影响,宝鸡中车时代开发了DGTC-80 型地铁钢轨探伤车。该探伤车搭载满足欧Ⅳ阶段排放标准的柴油发动机和代表国际先进水平的SYS-1900 型探伤检测系统,配备先进的激光自动对中装置及辅助检测钢轨表面状态的高速摄像装置,能大幅提高地铁探伤车综合检测能力和减少尾气排放,满足地铁线路检测作业需求。
Abstract:
DGTC-80 subway rail flaw detection vehicle was designed to complete subway rail internal flaw detection well and reduce emission pollution to environment around. DGTC-80 subway rail flaw detection vehicle was equipped with Euro IV emission standards engine and international advanced SYS-1900 rail flaw detection system, advanced laser centering device and high-speed camera for ancillary rail surface status measuring. The vehicle can improve RFD efficiency as well as to reduce emission for fulfilling subway rail detection requirements.
