摘要:
变轨距转向架轮对轴箱是变轨距转向架的关键核心部件之一。简述了1 435/1 000 mm 变轨距转向架轮对轴箱的特点、设计要求、设计思路及结构,对轮对轴箱结构及轮对的变轨过程进行了重点说明,并对轴箱转臂梁进行了有限元计算。计算表明,轴箱转臂梁在各个载荷工况作用下安全系数均大于1,其静强度满足标准EN 13749 的要求。
Abstract:
The gauge-changeable wheelset and the axle box is one of the key components of the gauge-changeable bogie. The characteristics, design requirement, design ideas and structure of the wheelset and axle box of the 1 435/1 000 mm gauge-changeable bogie were introduced. In particular, the axle box structure and the variable gauge process were highlighted, and the finite element calculation of the axle box rotating arm beam was carried out. The calculation results showed that the safety factor of the axle box rotating arm beam was greater than 1 under various load conditions, and its static strength met the requirements of EN 13749.
