摘要:
介绍了HGCZ-2000 型快速换轨车自动作业控制系统的特点和组成,详细阐述了自动作业控制系统的工作原理、算法分析与实现。通过现场装车试验,表明HGCZ-2000 型换轨车明显提高了换轨效率、自动化程度、安全性能,且有效降低了工作人员劳动强度,各项性能指标满足设计要求和现有铁路线路维护的需要。
Abstract:
The characteristics and composition of automatic operation control system for HGCZ-2000 rapid switching car were introduced. Its principle, algorithm analysis and algorithm implementation were described in detail. Operation tests results proved that rail retractable efficiency, automation degree, and safety of HGCZ-2000 rapid switching car were improved greatly, as well as field labor intensity was reduced. Various technical indications met design requirements and demands of existing railway maintenance.
