摘要:
转动铰接装置为低地板车车体连接的关键安全部件。通过对转动铰接装置的原理、功能和结构分析,提出转动铰接装置的极限及疲劳工况,完成转动铰接装置的详细结构设计,并通过强度计算和有限元分析,验证了产品的设计满足要求。经过200万次疲劳试验,试验结果表明:该型转动铰接装置的设计、生产制造工艺等能够满足低地板车的运用要求。
Abstract:
Rotation articulation is the critical safe equipment of LRV. According to the principle, function and structure analysis, the proof and fatigue load of the rotation articulation was provided, and the detailed structure design of the rotating articulation was finished, which was validated by the calculation and finite element analysis, it was verified that the design of product met the requirements. 2 million cycles fatigue test showed that the design and process of the rotation articulation could meet the requirement of the LRV.
