摘要:
为适应未来铁路市场的需求,实现机车车辆关键技术的提升,对大功率永磁直驱技术进行了研究,开展样机设计和研制。通过永磁直驱系统、适应永磁直驱技术的变流系统、应对反电势、应对电机失磁等关键技术的深入研究,完成了大功率永磁直驱客运机车的研制。该大功率永磁直驱客运机车具有传动效率高、全寿命周期成本低、检修维护工作量小、环保等特点。
Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of the future railway market and improve the key technologies of locomotives and rolling stock, the high-power permanent magnet direct drive technology was studied, and the prototype design and development were carried out. The development of high-power permanent magnet direct drive passenger locomotive had been completed through in-depth study of key technologies such as permanent magnet direct drive system, converter system adapted to permanent magnet direct drive technology, response to back EMF, response to motor loss of excitation, etc. The high-power permanent magnet direct drive passenger locomotive has the characteristics of high transmission efficiency, low life cycle cost, low maintenance workload and environmental protection.
