摘要:
为提高转向架构架局部结构的修改和优化的效率,提出结构局部参数优化方法,对构架横向止挡的支撑筋板进行结构优化,使横向止挡支撑筋板的最大von_Mises应力从最初结构方案的445.019 MPa降低到342.054 MPa,满足构架静强度评估标准的要求。从优化结果和整个优化过程可以看出,承载结构局部参数化优化方法具有有效性和高效性,为提高结构优化效率提供了理论基础。
Abstract:
Aiming at improving the efficiency of modification and optimization for bogie frame part, a local parametric optimization method was proposed to optimize the structure of the supporting rib plate with transverse stops. The maximum von_Mises stress of the supporting rib plate with transverse stops was reduced from 445.019 MPa to 342.054 MPa in the original structural scheme, which met the requirements of the static strength evaluation standard of the frame. From the optimization results and the whole optimization process, it could be seen that the local parametric optimization method of bearing structure was effective and efficient, which provided a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of structural optimization.
