摘要:
介绍了最新颁布的城市轨道车辆的强度设计规范VDV 152—2016,分析对比了VDV 152和标准EN 13749中有关低地板车辆强度载荷的区别。基于VDV 152—2016对某型100%低地板车辆非动力转向架构架进行了静强度和疲劳强度有限元分析计算。计算结果表明,该低地板车辆构架满足VDV 152—2016对静强度和疲劳强度的安全评估要求。
Abstract:
The recommendation VDV 152—2016 was introduced, which was the latest one about the strength design on the urban rail vehicles. Besides, the similarities and differences of the strength loads between the new recommendation and the standard EN 13749 were pointed. For a 100% low-floor trailer bogie frame, based on VDV 152—2016, the simulating calculation of both static strength and fatigue strength load cases was worked out by using the finite element analysis method. The results indicated that, for the static strength and fatigue strength the low-floor vehicles bogies frame meets the safety requirements of VDV 152—2016.
