摘要:
系统阐述了高速重载货运机车车钩悬空故障现象。重点分析了缓冲器上浮的原因,分析认为车钩连挂高差是缓冲器上浮的最主要原因。文章计算得到了车钩、尾框不同配合间隙状态下缓冲器上浮与车钩悬空量的数据关系,并从设计源头提出了解决车钩悬空的优化方案。
Abstract:
This paper researched on coupler suspension failure of high-speed and heavy-duty freight locomotive. The cause of the failure was researched systematically. The deviation of coupler height was the key point that caused the bumper floating. The data relationship between bumper float and coupler suspension was calculated under different mating clearance of coupler and tail frame. The optimal solution was proposed to solve the coupler suspension.
