摘要:
从某型直线电机转向架用进口橡胶弹性元件故障着手,对其进行了国产化研制,并研究和探讨了一系橡胶牵引节点不同结构的优缺点,分析和比较了天然橡胶与氯丁橡胶在高温70 ℃下疲劳特性,采用有限元分析软件对工作载荷下橡胶的应力应变进行模拟计算,设计了一种贴近式结构的牵引节点。该结构通过有限元分析,相比层叠结构橡胶应变降低了15%以上。同时进行了2种结构常温和高温下的疲劳试验验证,验证结果表明优化后产品的疲劳性能提高了3倍以上。
Abstract:
Starting from the failure of imported rubber elastic components used in a linear motor bogie, the domestic development of the rubber elastic components was carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of different structures of the primary rubber traction joints were studied and discussed. The fatigue characteristics of natural rubber and chloroprene rubber at 70 ℃ high temperature were analyzed and compared. The stress and strain of rubber under working load were simulated and calculated by finite element analysis software. A traction joint with close structure was presented. Compared with the laminated structure, the rubber strain of the structure was reduced by more than 15% by finite element analysis. At the same time, the fatigue tests of two structures at room temperature and high temperature were carried out. The results showed that the fatigue performance of the optimized products has been improved by more than three times.
