摘要:
在轨道交通牵引传动系统中,逆变器输出电压中含有较多的低次谐波分量,低次谐波对牵引电机的温升、损耗等产生不利影响,为此对低开关频率下不同调制方式对电机谐波损耗的影响进行理论分析和对比研究。针对谐波铁耗与谐波铜耗分析其影响因素,分别建立两者基于谐波电压幅值的谐波损耗模型。通过理论计算目前广泛使用的3种不同调制方式下的谐波电压幅值随调制比的变化曲线,以某实际动车组牵引电机参数为例分析对比了不同调制方式下电机谐波损耗的变化规律。研究结果对于选择大功率牵引逆变器的调制策略,以提高电机运行效率具有借鉴意义。
Abstract:
In the traction drive system of rail transit, the output voltage of inverters contains many low-order harmonic components. Low-order harmonic has a negative impact on the temperature rise and loss of traction motor. For this reason, the influence of different modulation modes on the harmonic loss of traction motor under low switching frequency was theoretically analyzed and compared. The influence factors of harmonic iron loss and copper loss were analyzed, and the harmonic loss models based on harmonic voltage amplitude were established respectively. By calculating the curve of harmonic voltage amplitude versus modulation ratio under three different modulation modes widely used at present, and taking the traction motor parameters of a practical EMUs as an example, the variation law of motor harmonic loss under different modulation modes was analyzed and compared. The research results could be used for reference in the selection of modulation strategies for high-power traction inverters to improve the efficiency of motor operation.
