摘要:
为解决现有永磁同步直线电机初始相角检测方法存在算法复杂和硬件电路性能要求高等问题,提出了一种基于光谱观测器的PMSLM初始相角检测方法。通过施加直流电压矢量将电机定位在某一指定角度附近,在位置环控制电机位移为0的基础上,对估计角度施加固定幅值的正弦抖动,从而得到交轴电流波形。根据光谱观测器理论,对交轴电流波形进行滤波观测,获取其一阶分式,并利用一阶分式的零点计算得到估计角度偏差。最后,利用RT-LAB仿真平台建立永磁同步直线电机快速控制原型,试验结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of complex algorithm and high performance requirement of hardware circuit in the existing initial phase angle detection method of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor, a new method of PMSM initial phase angle detection based on spectral observer was proposed. By applying DC voltage vector, the motor was positioned near a specified angle. On the basis of the position loop controlling the motor displacement to zero, a sinusoidal jitter of fixed amplitude was applied to the estimated angle to obtain the quadrature current waveform. According to the theory of spectral observer, the first-order fraction of the cross-axis current waveform was obtained by filtering and observing, and the estimated angle deviation was obtained by calculating the zeros of the first-order fraction. Finally, the rapid control prototype of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor was built using RT-LAB simulation platform. The experimental results verified the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
