摘要:
从阿根廷铁路市场发展的需求入手,论证了搭建出口阿根廷直流电传动货运内燃机车产品技术平台的必要性。重点从平台搭建原则、技术平台的总体布局、各系统技术平台搭建和简统化设计等方面介绍了整个产品技术平台以及3种典型车型的主要性能参数。通过从集团公司顶层完成平台规划,为产品的降本增效、统一标准和开拓市场奠定了良好的基础,为以后的产品平台规划提供了有益参考。
Abstract:
Starting from the demand of Argentine railway market development, the necessity of establishing a technical platform for export of Argentine DC electric drive freight diesel locomotive was demonstrated. Focusing on the principles of platform building, the overall layout of the technical platform, the technical platform building and simplified design of each system, the technical platform of the whole product and the main performance parameters of three typical types of locomotive were introduced. It was established the foundation for reducing the production cost to increase benefit, uniform standard, expanding the market and offered a useful reference for the future product platform through accomplishing the product platform on group corporation side.
