摘要:
通过对某型地铁车辆牵引电机开展振动线路测试,获取了车辆运行过程牵引电机的振动数据。并与IEC 61373标准进行对比分析。分析结果表明:牵引电机实际振动数值低于IEC 61373标准的规定数值,但是冲击量级在横向略高于标准值。分析结果可为电机优化设计提供指导,为IEC 61373标准的修订提供参考。
Abstract:
Vibration data of the traction motor body during operation was obtained by the vibration test of the traction motor of a metro vehicle, and compared with relevant standards such as IEC 61373 . The analysis results showed that actual vibration magnitude of traction motor is lower than that specified in IEC 61373, but the impact magnitude is slightly higher than the standard value in the lateral direction, which provided guidance for the optimization of the motor design and reference for revision of IEC 61373.
