摘要:
为实现不同类型动车组之间的相互救援及功能优化,对比分析了既有动车组实现回送 / 救援功能的装置组成、控制原理和存在的不足,基于故障导向安全进行功能优化,设计了集成救援与被救援功能的回送救援转换装置,并优化了车辆控制电路。试验表明, 新设计的回送救援转换装置能满足不同类型动车组之间相互救援的功能需求和相关标准 , 实现了对既有装置的功能集成及设计优化。
Abstract:
In order to realize the mutual towing and function optimization between different types of EMUs, the composition, controlprinciple and shortcomings of the devices used to realize the return/rescue function of existing EMUs were compared and analyzed. Basedon the fault-oriented safety, the function optimization was carried out, and the return and rescue conversion device integrating the rescueand rescued functions was designed and the vehicle control circuit was optimized. Experiments showed that the newly designed the returnand rescue conversion device can meet the functional requirements and related standards of mutual rescue between different types ofEMUs, and realize the functional integration and design optimization of the existing devices.
