摘要:
为解决广州地铁 3 号线列车空气弹簧载荷内压偏低进而影响列车性能的问题,对其进行了原因分析,通过实验室测试和装车数据测量对比的方法,确定了空气弹簧系统改进的具体方案。改进产品经过型式试验和装车考核验证,证明性能可靠, 能有效解决空气弹簧载荷内压偏低问题,消除了安全隐患。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that the internal pressure of air spring load on Guangzhou metro line 3 train was lowto affect the performance of the train, the causes were analyzed , and the specific scheme of improving the air spring system wasdetermined by comparing the laboratory test and loading data measurement. The improved product has been verified by type test andloading verification, which has reliable performance and effectively solved the problem of low internal pressure of air spring load, andeliminates potential safety hazards.
