摘要:
根据双动力钢轨打磨车打磨电机的供电系统电路,提出了供电电源对隔离变压器铁心选材的要求。通过实测30Q130 硅钢片在120 Hz 频率下,磁密为 1.2 T, 1.3 T, 1.4 T时的损耗值,分析了铁心损耗与磁密的关系。根据30Q130, 23JGH100和B20R070等硅钢片的铁心损耗曲线,分析计算了采用3种不同硅钢片时的铁心表面温升。通过比较3种铁心材料的磁密、损耗与温升数值,确定了隔离变压器的铁心材料和磁密。
Abstract:
According to the circuit of power supply system for grinding motor of double power rail grinding train, the requirement of selecting material for isolating transformer core was put forward. The relationship between core loss and magnetic density was analyzed by measuring the loss values of 30Q130 silicon steel sheet with magnetic density of 1.2 T, 1.3 T and 1.4 T at 120 Hz frequency. Based on core loss curves of 30Q130 silicon steel sheet, 23JGH100 silicon steel sheet and B20R070 silicon steel sheet, the surface temperature rise of iron core when three kinds of silicon steel sheet were used is analyzed and calculated. By comparing the values of magnetic density, loss and temperature rise of three kinds of core materials, the core materials and magnetic density of isolating transformer were determined.
