摘要:
介绍了轨道交通领域永磁牵引系统采用无位置传感器控制技术的必要性,概述了基于永磁电机电磁关系的位置估计方法,对比了有位置传感器与无位置传感器控制技术下的性能指标。数据证明 , 无位置传感器技术可以完全替代有位置传感器。地面试验和装车试验表明,无位置传感器控制技术能完全满足地铁运行需求。
Abstract:
The necessity of sensorless control technology of permanent magnet traction system in the field of rail transit wasintroduced, the position estimation method based on the electromagnetic relation of permanent magnet motor was summarized, andthe performance indexes of position sensor and sensorless control technology were compared, which proved that sensorless controltechnology could completely replace position sensor. Ground test and loading test showed that the sensorless control technology couldfully meet the requirements of subway operation under various working conditions.
